Carlos Snaider is a guitarist, percussionist, improvisor, composer, writer, and educator based in Seattle, WA. Carlos takes his grounding the everyday as the point of departure and source of vitality in his work. With a tendency to perceive music as any way humans create harmony within and among themselves, he is interested in creating platforms for individual and collective expression of the here-and-now from a space of joy and alertness. Having integrated various creative mediums—music, theatre, movement, poetry, scholarship and the “living arts”—into his personal process, Carlos works to reflect the greatness of each and every person back upon them.
